Shipping

All orders are dispatched from Surat, Gujarat, within 2 working days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery takes 3–5 working days for metro cities and 5–8 working days for other locations across India. A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders up to ₹2,000, while orders above ₹2,000 qualify for FREE shipping. We provide a GST invoice with every order. Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

Returns & replacements

## Return, Refund & Replacement Policy We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective, and the customer provides satisfactory photographic or video evidence of the damage. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email, along with the order number, clear photographs or videos, and details of the issue. All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. In case of a verified manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement within 30 days of delivery. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preferences, incorrect selection, or damage caused by improper handling, installation, or misuse. We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

If an item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and write to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Products purchased through our Amazon listings follow Amazon's own shipping and returns policy for that order. Please raise those requests through your Amazon account.
