Question 1

What is Vastu?

Accepted Answer

Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian body of knowledge about buildings and spaces. It describes a space in terms of its directions and the five fundamental elements, and offers guidance on how a space may be arranged in relation to them. Rang Vastu presents products based on these traditional principles.

Question 2

What are the five elements?

Accepted Answer

Traditional Vastu describes five fundamental elements: Air (Vayu), Fire (Agni), Water (Jal), Earth (Prithvi) and Space (Aakash). Each is traditionally read alongside particular directions of a plan.

Question 3

What are Rang Vastu metal strips?

Accepted Answer

They are flat metal strips supplied in a single material — copper, brass, 304 stainless steel, aluminium or pure MS/iron — 18 mm wide and 6 feet long. Each strip page lists its material, thickness and the element it is presented for.

Question 4

How do I choose the right product?

Accepted Answer

You can browse by element, by direction or by application, or use the Find Your Remedy tool. The tool suggests products based on the information you select. For a personalised assessment of your own space, we recommend consulting a qualified Vastu professional.

Question 5

Can I buy Rang Vastu products on Amazon?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Products that are listed on Amazon show a "Buy on Amazon" button that opens the Amazon listing in a new tab. You can also buy directly on this website where direct purchase is enabled.

Question 6

Are all products suitable for every direction?

Accepted Answer

No. Each product is presented for specific elements and, where confirmed, specific directions. Those details are listed on the product page. Where a mapping has not been confirmed yet, we leave it blank rather than guess.

Question 7

How do I know which product is right for me?

Accepted Answer

Start with the space you want to address, then the direction, then the element. The Find Your Remedy tool walks through those three steps and shows matching products, with a short note on why each one matched.

Question 8

How should a product be installed?

Accepted Answer

Installation guidance is published on each product page where it has been provided by Rang Vastu. If a product page does not yet show installation information, please contact us before proceeding.

Question 9

Can I use these products without structural changes?

Accepted Answer

Rang Vastu products are intended as non-structural, practical items for existing spaces. They do not require demolition or construction work.

Question 10

What is the return policy?

Accepted Answer

Our return policy is published on the Shipping & Returns page and on each product page. If the details are not visible yet, please contact us and we will confirm them for your order.

Question 11

What are the shipping timelines?

Accepted Answer

Shipping timelines are published on the Shipping & Returns page. Orders placed on Amazon follow Amazon's own delivery timelines.
